We foster robust systems to engage and communicate with our students in the BBA-JD programme. CUHK Business School and CUHK LAW manage virtual platforms on an Office 365 Student SharePoint Portal for business undergraduate students and Virtual Career Resource Centre (VCRC) for law students, respectively, to connect students with employers and faculty members, and keep them abreast of information related to career development, job vacancies and skills enrichment opportunities.
Ample opportunities for overseas exchanges, summer study abroad programmes and study trips will be available to you when you pursue the BBA-JD Programme. To enhance our students’ international perspectives and to prepare them to work in culturally diverse environments, CUHK Business School, CUHK LAW, Colleges and Office of Academic Links provide over a thousand exchange places in renowned universities around the world students every year.
CUHK Business School has exchange agreements with 38 leading business schools worldwide. On average, our business students participate in at least one exchange programme prior to graduation.
BBA-JD students will have opportunities to participate in local, regional and international business case competitions and mooting competitions.
Business case competitions provide an opportunity for you to solve real-life business challenges in a highly collaborative environment. As a BBA-JD student, you can also join mooting that gives you a taste of life as a lawyer presenting written and oral arguments in complex hypothetical court cases. The advocacy, analytical, problem-solving and argument presentation skills you develop in these competitions will be the same assets to help you excel in your future career.
BBA-JD students enjoy an integrated student advising service jointly offered by CUHK Business School and CUHK LAW. An academic advisor from each Faculty as well as the BBA-JD Programme Team will provide guidance on both academic development and pastoral care, ensuring that you have the tools to create a dynamic and rewarding university experience for yourself.
